At BonChef, we’re committed to delivering exceptional service from checkout to delivery. Whether you're ordering a single item or stocking up for your business, we aim to make the process smooth, reliable, and hassle-free.

Shipping Information

UK Orders:
We process and dispatch all UK orders within 1 to 3 business days, depending on stock availability. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the performance of local postal services.

 

International Orders:
For global shipments, please allow 3 to 7 business days for delivery. This timeframe accounts for possible customs clearance and varying postal service efficiency across regions.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your BonChef purchase. If you’re not happy with your item, you’re welcome to return it within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange—whether for a similar item or something different.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of purchase at support@bonchef.co.uk.
  2. We'll issue you a Returns Authorisation Number.
  3. Return the item within 14 days of receiving your return number.

NOTE: BonChef will not accept any returns without a Valid Returns Authorisation Number

Return Conditions

Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

  • A valid invoice and dispatch note number must be provided.
  • The Returns Authorisation Number must be included.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original, unopened packaging.
  • All original documentation must be included.
  • We reserve the right to refuse items that are not suitable for resale.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for returning the goods to our warehouse. Alternatively, we can arrange collection at a fee of £15 per box. If collection fails due to customer error, a £15 failed collection charge will apply.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Goods not classed as BonChef core stock
  • Bespoke or personalised items (e.g. embroidery)
  • Samples
  • Items held longer than 14 days after delivery
  • Discontinued stock or clearance items

Trade & Distributor Returns

If you're a distributor or trade account holder, a restocking fee of up to 25% will apply to all returns. All standard return conditions must be met.
