We know that every business leaves an environmental footprint, and at BonChef, we’re committed to making ours as small as possible. That’s why we continuously work to reduce waste, conserve resources, and prioritise sustainable practices—all while ensuring the well-being of our employees, customers, and the planet. We carefully select eco-conscious suppliers who minimise waste and environmental impact in their manufacturing processes, so you can feel confident that your uniform choices support a greener future.

Our commitment to sustainability goes beyond sourcing—we actively reduce waste at every stage. We’ve introduced recyclable packaging, removed plastic strapping from all cartons, and repurpose materials like shredded cardboard for packaging. Even our pallets are recycled, ensuring we make the most of every resource. By choosing BonChef, you’re not just investing in quality hospitality wear—you’re supporting a company dedicated to responsible, sustainable business practices.

🌱 One Order = One Tree Planted 🌱

Join us in Growing a Greener Future

Every purchase you make helps us give back to the planet. For every order placed, we plant a tree—because sustainability isn’t just a goal, it’s a responsibility.
A single mature tree can absorb up to 48 pounds of CO₂ per year, helping to clean the air, combat climate change, and create a healthier planet for future generations.

European Regulation (EC/2006/1907 - REACH Regulation) REACH

Title

At BonChef, safety, compliance, and environmental responsibility are at the core of our manufacturing process. We strictly adhere to REACH regulations—a European framework designed to ensure the safe use of chemicals, protecting both human health and the environment. REACH operates through Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals, identifying and regulating substances that pose a risk. Harmful chemicals are added to the 'Substance of Very High Concern' (SVHC) list, which is regularly updated to reflect the latest safety research. BonChef is committed to full compliance, ensuring that none of our products contain any chemicals from this list in any quantitiy.

Oeko-Tex Standard 100

Title

At BonChef, quality, safety, and performance go hand in hand. That’s why we ensure every uniform meets the Oeko-Tex Standard 100—a globally recognised certification that guarantees textiles are free from harmful chemicals and safe for human health. We understand that modern hospitality professionals expect more from their workwear—vibrant colours, easy-care fabrics, and high-performance materials that stand up to the demands of the job. That’s why we test every component—from fabric and thread to labels, linings, buttons, and zips—to ensure maximum comfort, durability, and safety. By requiring all our products to achieve Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certification, we provide you with uniforms that perform without compromise—safe for you, your team, and the environment.

Oeko-Tex STeP

We prioritise ethical and sustainable production. That’s why the majority of our fabrics come from Oeko-Tex STeP accredited factories, ensuring the highest standards in environmental performance, worker safety, and social responsibility. We are actively working with our entire manufacturing network to expand participation in the STeP auditing scheme, reinforcing our commitment to responsible sourcing and sustainable production.
