United Kingdom - Mainland:

We process and dispatch all UK Mainland orders within 1 to 3 business days, depending on stock availability. Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are processed the same day to meet our courier collection. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday or over the weekend will be processed on the next business day. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the performance of local postal services.

Return Conditions:

Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The Returns Authorisation Number is included in the returned package.
  • A valid invoice and dispatch note number is included in the returned package.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original, unopened packaging.
  • All original documentation is included in the returned package.
  • We reserve the right to refuse items that are not suitable for resale.

Return Shipping:

You are responsible for returning the goods to our warehouse. Alternatively, we can arrange collection at a fee of £15 per box. If collection fails due to customer error, a £15 failed collection charge will apply.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Goods not classed as BonChef core stock
  • Bespoke or personalised items (e.g. embroidery)
  • Samples
  • Items held longer than 14 days after delivery
  • Discontinued stock or clearance items

Items Not Eligible for Return

If you're a distributor or trade account holder, a restocking fee of up to 25% will apply to all returns. All standard return conditions must be met.
